Shipping within the intercontinental U.S. is free.  International shipping and handling will be billed at the time of shipping.  Shipping charges depend on the weight, size, and destination of shipment.  Shipping charges will be calculated using US Postal Service, Global Airmail Parcel Post.  Expedited delivery carriers such as UPS or DHL are available upon request, for standard publishing rates.
